The terms and conditions for use of the Luckys Pampered Pets website are detailed
below and should be read carefully. We may vary these terms from time to
time and therefore you should check them before you make a new
purchase.

Please note, any use of this website or purchase made through this
website constitutes an agreement to abide by the terms and conditions
detailed below which shall override any other terms and conditions. Any
contracts or agreements formed between you and us by means of this website
shall be governed and construed according to English law and any
disputes or proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the
English courts.

Online Shopping


We have taken care in presenting the products on our website as
accurately as possible. The images you see will depend on your monitor's
display and colour capabilities. We are therefore unable to guarantee that
the product images you see are an accurate representation of the actual
merchandise. Before you place an order you should read the following:
Orders, Delivery Information and Returns Policy. These pages form part
of these terms and conditions and contain important information about
your order.

Once you have completed an online purchase, we will send you an email
confirming the order details and our acceptance of your order. At that
point a binding agreement will exist between us under these terms and
conditions. We will take payment for your order immediately and goods
will not be despatched until receipt of payment.

When can I expect my orders to arrive?

All orders received through Luckys Pampered Pets are processed and, if the stock
is available, dispatched within 3 working days of receiving the order.
Therefore, depending on the availability of stock, your products will
usually be with you in just a few days. With products that have a longer
delivery time of 72 hours you will be contacted personally by a member
of the Luckys Pampered Pets Staff to arrange a convenient delivery time. Any product that is out of stock is displayed as such on the website and you will not be
able to order that product until it is back in stock.

If you wish you can provide us with an alternative delivery address.

Why would my contact address be different to my delivery address?

In some instances the items you order will be delivered by courier. If
no one will be able to sign for the goods at your contact address you
may wish to send the goods to an address where someone will be able to
accept the goods during normal business hours (i.e. a work address).

If the items you order are intended for a gift you may wish to have the
goods delivered directly to the gift recipient, but have the receipt
sent to your own address.

Customer Services

Our operators will be delighted to help you place an order over the
telephone, advise you on the range of products we offer on our website and
help you with queries about payment.

Prices and charges

We try to ensure that all product information and pricing displayed
on this website is correct and up to date at the time you place an
order. We verify pricing at despatch and in the event of an error the
following policies will apply:

Actual price lower than price shown at time of ordering - in this
instance we will charge you the lower amount and despatch the product.
Actual price higher than price shown at time of ordering - in this instance
and at our discretion, we will either contact you to discuss whether
you wish to continue with the order, or cancel the order and send you an
email confirming the cancellation. All prices shown on the website are
inclusive of VAT. All delivery charges are shown as a separate line
item on the order summary page. For full details of our delivery charges
please refer to the Delivery section.

Availability

All products and/or services displayed on this website are subject
to availability. Prices of products may change from time to time. We
confirm availability & price at the time your order is placed. If a
product is unavailable when we come to despatch your order, we will contact
you either by phone or email.

Contact details

Our primary method of communication with you is by email. Therefore
please ensure the e-mail address you provide us with is correct. All
order and despatch confirmations will be sent to the e-mail address you
provide. In the unlikely event of a problem with your order, we will
contact you by telephone. Again, please ensure the contact telephone
numbers you provide are accurate.

Policies

Refund Policy

Should you have any cause for complaint, you should return the item
to Luckys Pampered Pets, 54 Ryefield Road, Scarborough, N.Yorks, YO15 3DZ, UK
or email customercare@luckyspamperedpets.co.uk. You will need to also send
a copy of the receipt. Luckys Pampered Pets will then implement full
remedial work at no expense to you.

Luckys Pampered Pets will provide a full refund or exchange should you receive a
faulty item or be unsatisfied with an item received on the following
conditions:

If any items in your order prove to be faulty, please return the
items to Luckys Pampered Pets with a copy of the delivery note, call the Luckys Pampered Pets
Customer Service Team to obtain a returns number and also indicate whether
you would like to receive a refund (including delivery costs) or an
exchange. Our promise to replace the item or refund your money does not
apply to faults or damages caused by accident, neglect or misuse.

If you change your mind you may return any product to Luckys Pampered Pets, unopened and in perfect condition, within 7 days of receipt of your delivery.
Certain exclusions apply see paragraph below. Please contact Luckys Pampered Pets
Customer Service Team to obtain a returns number, include the reason the
product has been returned and indicate whether you would like to receive
a refund (excluding your original delivery charge) or an exchange.

Except in relation to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods, where
your statutory rights are unaffected, personalised goods made to a
customer's specifications may not be returned. When your item is a special
ordered large item, we do not keep stock of this item and we will raise
an order through a supplier direct to you, in such cases you may not be
able to return your goods if they are unwanted, however if you
experience problems with your goods or order then please contact the Luckys Pampered Pets Customer Service Team.

Cancellations

Under the Consumer Protection Regulations, you have the right to cancel
your order with us at any time within 7 days of receiving your goods.
In the event we are unable to deliver your order within our standard
delivery timescales you are entitled to cancel your order with no penalty.
Should you cancel the contract we will then refund you the price you
have paid for the goods, this will not include delivery charge if you
have cancelled after your order has been dispatched, also not a service
provided by us, such as a special delivery service. You are under a duty
to take reasonable care of the goods, which means the goods must be
unused. Please contact our Customer Service Team should you wish to cancel
your order.

UK Deliveries

For all UK orders, placed before midday we will attempt to deliver your
order within 3 working days. Large items may take up to a further 60
working hours to deliver. Where it is not possible to meet these
timescales, we will notify you and advise you of an anticipated delivery date.

Delivery Address

All deliveries will be made to you at the addresses specified by you in
the order. We may, at our discretion and expense, deliver parts of your
order separately. If we cannot deliver the products to you at the
address you have specified for any reason (other than when we are at fault),
we will notify you and store the products. If you wish us to redeliver
the products to you, you will need to authorise us to charge your
credit card/debit card for such re-delivery. If we do not hear from you
within 28 days, we will cancel the order and refund your payment to you
less any reasonable delivery charges we have incurred.

Ownership of the products shall pass to you once we have received payment in full.

If you decide to have your order delivered to a different address than
your own, a signature will still be required and the general conditions
of delivery will remain unchanged.
